As you all know that heart disease is the number one cause of death in the world. Anyone could get this disease whether you realize it or not. So, how to get an early medication? It is by knowing the sign of heart attack. Below are the signs of heart attack. Read it and maybe you could save your own life by knowing the signs.

Heart Attacks Are Not All the Same

Heart attacks can attack even without any chest pain. For your information, the heart attack and heart disease don’t always show the same signs to everyone so you must consult with your doctor if you have any signs.

The heart attack or myocardial infarction is happening when your blood flow to the heart blocked by blood cloth. It is different from the heart disease because in heart disease the blood flow was blocked by the plaque and fatty materials.

The risk factors for heart attacks including age, heredity, high blood pressure and cholesterol, obesity (American common problem), poor diet, alcohol consumption, stress and lack of physical activity. So, to know the signs of a heart attack just keep reading this article.

Do You Sweat in Day and Night?

If you are sweating more than usual even without doing any exercise or hard activity, that could be a sign of heart problems. Why? Because if your arteries are blocked, your heart will take more effort to pump the blood and it caused your body sweat more so that your body temperature could cool down during the extra exertion. If you are having a cold sweat or clammy skin, I suggest you go to your doctor and consult with him/her.

Having Pain, Pressure, and Discomfort in the Chest?

Even the chest pain does not occur in every heart attack, still, they are the most commonly recognized sign of heart attacks. The feeling described as having an elephant standing in your chest. If these occur go immediately to get a medical help.

Other Pain in Your Other Body Parts

Most people only recognize the pain spreading to the left arm as the sign of heart attacks. But few who knows that the pain can also spread to the upper abdomen, shoulder, back, throat, teeth or jaw.

Fatigue and Shortness of Breath

Your body has its own way to tell you that it needs rest. The way it tells you is by exhaustion and shortness of breath but unfortunately, those can also be the sign of heart attack. If you get tired often and without any reason that can only mean that something is wrong.

Bad Indigestion, Nausea and Vomiting

Older people usually have indigestion problem that makes these symptoms get dismissed as heartburn or another complication of food problems. But mild indigestion and other gastrointestinal problems happen before the heart attack.

So above are some of the signs of heart attacks that you really need to know because judging the way we lived right now, we really need to be more cautious of the signs of heart attack. Not only for ourselves but also the people we loved. So, I hope this article is useful and help you to avoid or at least get early medication for heart attack.
