While pressing that dough, you can mix it with egg. After the dough has been pure, you can fold it like a ball. You can let them for an hour. This way can help the dough to be fluffy and chewier.
After an hour, you will be in an important step in how to make pizza dough. You can make that dough into two pizzas. By cutting in the middle, you can shape and press the dough like a dish. In order to make you easy in shaping, you can pinch from edge to the middle. Then you can stretch the dough by rotating to one direction. Your ability in rotating will determine how smooth and circle your dough is. If the dough has been smooth with about 20 cm in diameter, you can add some toppings like cheese and beef on it.
