Eating disorder is an abnormal attitude to the food that regularly does by people then it becomes a habit.

This abnormal habit must be dangerous for health because it will cause diseases in the human body also the depression about their body.

- Always Feeling the Overweight
It calls as Anorexia Nervosa; this disorder type is mostly suffered by women who always feel that their weight is too excessive and always reduce the portion of food every day. They will feel very depressed if the weight of their body a bit increases and they never realize this disorder. Even if their body is already ideal, they still think that they are fat.
- Consuming Food Excessively
Bulimia Nervosa is the name of this eating disorder type. People consume food too much with the high portion. They always eat anything they want such as snacks, cakes, candy, fatty food, junk food and others. However, after eating so much food, they will regret it and try to do anything to reduce their wait even trying to take the food out by vomiting.
- Loss of Control of Eating Food
This type calls for Binge Eating Disorder. People who suffer this disorder always continue to eat despite wanting to stop. They cannot control themselves eating food too much and this is not good for health. Why? Because it will cause many kinds of diseases such as obesity, cholesterol, high blood-pressure, and others.
Generally, we know that doing abnormal habit in eating food is not good for our health. So how to prevent this eating disorder?

Increase Vegetables and Fruits Consumption
For those who want to have the ideal body, eat so much food, it is better you increase vegetable and fruit because it will give you energy also keep your skin become healthy as well as fresh. The fiber contents of vitamin C and E are very good for the body, especially the metabolism of digestion and regeneration of cells that will not cause the problem in our body.
Increase Drinking Water
Water has a lot of benefits, especially in maintaining our body health because water is needed in various metabolic processes in the body. By consuming water regularly, we will be able to control our excessive appetite. You can try to drink water before eating so that the appetite can be reduced and avoid eating too much.
Manage the schedule for eating
Most humans never manage the right time for eating in their life. Maintaining a meal schedule is the most significant thing that you have to do for preventing the eating disorder. What happens if we do not have a regular meal schedule? We certainly cannot control our food causing excessive eating and being overweight. For those who want to be healthy, it’s good to manage a right meal schedule. It will give the good impact on the daily life.
The way human control their food will determine their healthy lifestyle because the food is the most important thing in our life. So, it is better you keep controlling your food to prevent the eating disorder.
