The anxiety is a normal thing in human life and you can blame your brain for that since some brain parts play role in an anxiety attack. But still, anxiety keeps us alert to live our life. The Symptoms of Anxiety Attack
When someone gets anxiety attacks, it can feel awful as well intense and also frightening; we are helpless to control it when it attacks us. The symptoms feel like: an overwhelming fear, you feel like you are going crazy or losing control of yourself, You feel like you are in a great danger, you feel like you’re going to pass out, a surge of doom and gloom creeping in inside your head, there’s an urgency to run away and escape, dizziness, palpitation, you’ll start shaking and trembling, sweating, shortness of breath, pain, and pressure in your chest, your face turning pale, your knees weaken, your skin is burning, hot and cold flushes, and there’s numb and tingling sensation.
Those symptoms can be followed by feeling of something stuck in your throat, confusion, feeling as if all of that happen are not real, emotional distress and upset, you cannot calm yourself down, tight stomach, nausea, you start to panic, your heart pounding as if it wants to get out of your chest, feeling like there’s a butterfly inside your stomach, sudden urge to pee or defecate, and you want to cry.
For each person the symptoms are different. Some people only have some of those symptoms while some people could experience all of the symptoms above with a great severity. The combination and variations are common. You’ll probably need to see your doctor discuss the symptoms.

When anxiety attack come, here are some way to stop it: accept the attack, take notes to help you put the attack into perspective, do belly breath and inhale deeply then exhale it, relax, try to talk to yourself loudly and remind yourself that it’s going to end and it’s not going to kill you, and seek help.
