How to Make French Toast with Delicious Recipes

France is a classic country which contributes a huge number of culinary lists. French culinary has a delicious and unique taste that can pamper your tongue. Moreover, French culinary is always served with the original and interesting way that can steal people attention. Have you ever heard a food called French toast? As a culinary lover, you have to know about this legendary food.

This can be defined as main food or even dessert. The main composition will be bread which is combined with other tasteful ingredients. Actually, this is simple to make a French toast. However, the taste will not as simple as the process. This must be delicious and full of legendary taste. Through this article, we are going to share some steps in how to make French toast.

In order to make French toast, you have to prepare all the stuff and ingredients. For the ingredients, you have to get 8 slices of challah, country bread, brioche, or even white bread. You have to get this main ingredient that must be fresh from the oven. The taste must be plain without any sugar, cheese, and also sesame. In other words, the chosen bread must be fresh and original in taste.

When you have been prepared with the bread, you will need 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. The cinnamon will be the key to this food. It can bring up the sweet aroma to your French toast. The, you will also need a ¼ teaspoon of ground nutmeg. A nutmeg will spread out hard aromatic for this food. The other ingredients that you have to prepare are 2 tablespoons of sugars, a pinch of salt, 4 tablespoons of butter, 4 eggs, ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract, ½ cup of maple syrup, and ¼ cup of milk. For the equipment, you will need a mixing bowl, mixer, baking sheet, pan, and oven.

After preparing the ingredient and equipment, you can go to the cooking procedure. First of all, you can put the eggs into the mixing bowl. You have to mix them with ¼ cup of milk. This is better for you to use pasteurized milk. The pasteurized milk has an original taste without any sugar and other flavors. After pouring the milk, you can put ½ teaspoon of vanilla and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Even though French toast is a sweet food, still you need to add a pinch of salt. Salt will strengthen the savory taste of this food.

When you have poured and gather all the mentioned ingredients in mixing bowl, you can start mixing them into the good dough. You can mix this mixture by using a mixer or even just using your hand. You have to take a low power while using a mixer for this mixture. This is very important you mix it gently and carefully. This will be bad dough if there are some lumps and unmixed ingredients there. You can rotate the mixing bowl to get thorough mixing. This mixing process will stop until the dough has been nice, pure, and creamy.

If your mixture has been nice and creamy, you can put the sliced bread on it. You will not only smear the mixture to the bread surface. You have to soak all the bread into the mixture. By soaking them in creamy mixture, the bread will absorb the delicious ingredients thoroughly. You can leave this soaking process for about 30 up to 60 minutes. After this estimated time left, all the delicious taste of your mixture has been absorbed thoroughly.

Next, you have to prepare with hot butter on your pan. The next step will require you to dry the soaking bread. You can heat the soaking bread until it goes brown. You can roll up the bread to let the whole surface goes brown well. This heating process will be around 2 minutes. After being heated, you can transfer them to a baking sheet. These breads will be baked in the oven with 400 degrees. The baking process will take about 10 minutes.

Now, you can serve this food with the combination of vanilla extract and maple syrup. It must be crunchy outside, and creamy inside. These are some steps in how to make French toast.
