Providing variation of learning is one of a good way for a teacher. Being a good teacher will be easy for you if you have various things for the student when the learning process happen. As a teacher, you should prepare some methods to lose the students’ boring when the learning process run.
At the beginning of the learning process, you can give the students the way to relax in class like singing, playing the games by guessing words or other fun things before getting into the main lesson. The other way, you can provide the games after learning process by giving some quiz to practice their brain in memorizing the lesson. It can certainly make students feel happy and interested in the lessons provided by the teacher.
Giving Full Attention
Teaching is not only giving a material lesson and explaining to the students to make them learn it but also the teacher should give attention and enthusiastic about the student’s situation and what the student doing.
Sometimes a teacher gives full attention to one student, it means a teacher must be sensitive to the student’s feeling when there is one student who has a problem or difficulty of understanding the lessons given. This is one of the important points for teachers. There will a moment that students feel bored studying in the class because they only see the same view every day. Some teachers who already know how to be a good teacher should prepare the place outside to give students a refreshment. It is because the learning process is not only in the classroom but also outside the class to relax their mind in studying.
So, it will be easy for them to understand the lesson. This way is the most powerful and easy enough for students to learn and develop their ability. Teachers should be able to give students the freedom to learn, so they can know what abilities they have.
The creative teachers will never lose their mind in giving the comfort situation for their students. Teacher’s duty is not only for teaching but also becoming the good friends in the learning situation.
